The quintet of Kiki Valera (Cuban cuatro & chorus), Javier Marú (guitar y chorus), Justin Maggart (lead vocals & maracas), Steve Smith (bongó & bell) & Lalo Bello (congas & chorus) will play songs from their original album - Lengua, Alambre y Cuero (Tongues, Strings & Skins) as well as golden Cuban classics. TROVADORO is proud to be part of the King County Library System's "Many Voices, One Land" Concert Series. This will be the fifth of five KCLS performances the group will present this spring of 2018. The shows features original songs from TROVADORO's recently released album "Lengua, Alambre y Cuero" as well as classic Cuban Son tunes to present a musical timeline of development of traditional music in Eastern Cuba (Oriente). Come join us to listen, learn, dance and enjoy the sublime sounds of Son Cubano by some of Seattle's best.

TROVADORO is celebrating the release of our new album of original music in traditional Cuban styles - "Lengua, Alambre y Cuero." We'll be performing in a quintet format of our core musicians plus guest conga player Lalo Bello.  This album is the culmination of two years of collaboration to present Justin Maggart's original compositions arranged and recorded by Kiki Valera. Come join us to dance and celebrate at this all ages show!

The South Park Library's "Día de Niños & Día de Libros"

Bring your family to celebrate "The Day of Children & Day of Books" hosted by the South Park Children's Librarian Miss Bea.
